Due to the nature of the item, as it is digital, we can’t offer you a full refund, but an exchange is possible.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be not redeemed.

To complete your exchange, we require you to contact us by Facebook or Discord before the preparation of the order itself.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of all products available on Pokemon Valley, we are not able to go through refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if you change your mind within 7 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at imagallagher@yahoo.com, by specifying your Order Number.

Gifts

If you would not like an exchange immediately, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your order. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
